    A: Yes, all data is stored in a secure data base which gets backed up daily.
  2. Q: Is the information lost if my rep's device gets stolen?
    A: No, Repwise has the rep's information backed up internally and the rep/company can reload a new device in minutes
  3. Q: Can reps take photos on the system?
    A: Yes, they can and these photos are available on a live web report or dropped on FTP.
  4. Q: Can reps manage their own activities?
    A: Yes, a call and sales report is available on the rep's devices.
  5. Q: What happens if my rep doesn’t have internet connection?
    A: Repwise is an offline system.  Reps may continue using the system without the internet and when they have internet connection, a simple click of the COMMS button will send the information through in a few seconds
  6. Q: Do reps have access to their specific customer information?
    A: Yes, the data base is set up per rep and provides reps with the customer information required to manage their goals.
  7. Q: Does the system reduce paperwork and save time?
    A: Yes, the system is an electronic system and reduces paperwork.  Most options are drop-downs thus saving time.
  8. Q: Can reps place orders to any wholesaler?
    A: Yes, they can place orders to all wholesalers and receive electronic results on every product
  9. Q: Can the system be customised per team?
    A: Yes, the system can be set up for each rep to see the information relevant to him/her

    A: Yes, order results are available throughout the day on the rep's device

    A: Yes, we have a friendly Support Department who will assist with any queries and follow ups.
